The South African Weather Service has forecast morning fog and frost in some regions, but fine, cool and partly cloudy conditions are expected elsewhere in the country.

Fine and cool conditions are forecast in Gauteng.

The expected UVB sunburn index is high.

Mpumalanga will be partly cloudy in the north-east at first. Otherwise, fine and cool temperatures are expected but it will be warm in places on the Lowveld.

Morning fog patches are expected in Limpopo along the escarpment.

Otherwise, fine and cool to warm conditions are forecast but it will be partly cloudy in the east at first.

The North West will have morning frost over the central and western parts, otherwise it will be fine and cold to cool.

Morning frost is forecast in places in the Free State, otherwise fine and cold temperatures are expected.

The Northern Cape will be cold in the south, otherwise fine and cool conditions are expected but it will be warm in the extreme north-west.

It be cloudy in the south-west, becoming partly cloudy later in the day.

The wind along the coast will be a light to moderate westerly to north-westerly.

Cloudy to partly cloudy conditions are expected in the Western Cape.

It will be cold with morning rain and showers over the south-western parts, clearing by the afternoon.

The wind along the coast a light to moderate westerly to north-westerly.

The Eastern Cape can expect fine and cool temperatures, becoming cloudy with isolated showers over the interior from late afternoon.

The wind along the coast will be a light north-westerly in the morning, otherwise a moderate to fresh south-westerly is expected, but it will be light and variable along the east coast of the province.

Partly cloudy conditions with morning fog patches are forecast in KwaZulu-Natal over the interior, becoming fine and cool, but it will be warm in the north-east.

The wind along the coast will be a light to moderate northerly to north-westerly in the morning, otherwise a moderate to fresh easterly to north-easterly is forecast.
