The Western Cape government says it's been forced to do more with even less money in the face of massive budget cuts from national government.
On Thursday, provincial MEC of Finance and Economic Opportunities, Mireille Wenger, tabled the 2024 Main budget in the Provincial legislature under the banner of "A budget to keep building a Western Cape that works for all".
Wenger announced the 2024 Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) with a R255.29 billion budget.
