3. Information Required for KYC/CDD
Users and partners may be required to provide the following information to verify their identity:
- Basic Information: Full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and physical address.
- Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card).
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming the user's physical address (dated within the last 3 months).
- Business Information (for advertisers and partners): Company name, registration number, tax identification number, and other relevant business documents.
- Bank Account Details: For payout purposes (content creators and partners), including bank account number, account holder's name, and bank name.
4. KYC/CDD Verification Process

- Document Review: Submitted documents will be reviewed for authenticity and accuracy. Progleton may use third-party verification services to assist with this process.
- Identity Verification: Users may be asked to complete an additional verification step, such as a selfie or a video call, to confirm identity.
- Approval or Rejection: After the review, users will receive notification of approval, or they may be asked to provide additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient.

5. Privacy and Data Security
