Progleton Refund Policy

 

At Progleton, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our users. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on the Progleton platform.

 

  1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

 

Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing content or services you have paid for, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a purchase was made without your permission, you may request a refund, subject to our investigation.

Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchased content or services, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the purchase.

Content Removal: If paid content is removed from the platform within 30 days of your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund.

Your Progleton username or email associated with your account.

The date of purchase and a description of the content or service purchased.

A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

 

Change of Mind: If you no longer wish to access purchased content or services but there are no technical issues or violations involved.

Expired Content: Refunds will not be issued for content that has expired or has been accessed and viewed completely.

Third-Party Transactions: Any purchases made outside of the official Progleton platform, including third-party websites, will not be eligible for refunds.

Subscription Services: Refunds for subscriptions will not be issued after the subscription period has started. Users may cancel subscriptions to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.

  1. Refund Process

Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 5-10 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

  1. Subscription Cancellations

If you have a subscription to Progleton services, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

 

  1. Chargebacks

A unilateral decision to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider may negatively affect your Progleton account. We encourage users to contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback to resolve any payment-related issues.

 

  1. Changes to the Refund Policy

Progleton reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website, and the updated policy will take effect immediately for all purchases made after the change. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
